Anchor capacitors generally refer to capacitors, and its three main roles are coupling, filtering and decoupling. Capacitors are components that store power and electrical energy. A conductor surrounded by another conductor, or a conductor system in which the electric field lines emitted by one conductor all terminate in another conductor, is called a capacitor.

1. Coupling: Capacitors used in coupled circuits are called coupling capacitors, which are used in resistive-coupled amplifiers and other capacitively coupled circuits in large numbers, acting as a direct current isolator.
2. Filtering: Capacitors used in filtering circuits are called filtering capacitors, which are used in power supply filtering and various filter circuits, where the filtering capacitors remove the signals in a certain frequency band from the total signal.
3. Decoupling: Capacitors used in decoupling circuits are called decoupling capacitors, which are used in DC voltage supply circuits of multi-stage amplifiers, where the decoupling capacitors eliminate harmful low-frequency cross-connections between each stage of the amplifier.
Two conductors in close proximity to each other, with a layer of non-conductive insulating medium between them, make up a capacitor. When a voltage is applied between the two poles of the capacitor, the capacitor stores an electrical charge. The capacitance of a capacitor is numerically equal to the ratio of the charge on one conducting pole plate to the voltage between the two pole plates.
