Difference between high voltage porcelain chip capacitors and safety capacitors

High voltage porcelain chip capacitor is the general ordinary capacitor, which is not approved by safety regulation, so it cannot be used before rectification, and cannot be connected across the two ends of the right insulation requirement, such as the first and second side in AC-DC architecture, it can only be put in Y-CAP
